In outer space there exist various types of different megastructures that collect energy from stars in order to harness this energy for power sources.
Halo Solar Generator Projects
The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) which is based on Mars has built the Halo projects out in deep space. The Halo projects are large megastructure generator solar energy collectors, they are made of mass ring discs spinning in counter point to each other, there are about six of these discs stationed around massive stars that emit subatomic energy waves that are harnessed by the Halo's for creation of Dyson Sphere planets which have world engines that power them for space flight.
NASA has recently picked up the initial energy signature emissions of these Halo generator's with the Kepler Space Telescope that was orbiting the KIC 8462852 star. The brightness of light around the star dips to 22 percent when the solar generators are on and collecting the solar energy. The HALO generators are turned on about every 20 days collecting energy and then are in neutral cycle for about 40 days not collecting energies, this gives the devices a chance to reload the power in their engines and then the process cycle starts up all over again. The KIC 8462852 star is located 1,500 light years from Earth and is situated between the Cygnus and the Lyra constellations out in space.

The definition of HALO Ringworlds is the following - the Halos are massive ringworlds, which feature their own wildlife and weather. The Halo's can be a hollowed-out planet, or they can be rings in their design structures. This concept supposedly came from a video game but the ICC made it a reality a long time ago.
This is what the engineering room looks like on one of the Halo solar generator collectors. It is possible to go inside this megastructure and do research work on how solar energy is collected and harnessed from stars. Some stars are bigger than others in size and have higher light outputs so they create more solar energy so that is why there are engineering rooms on the megastructures, these facilities allow the study of the different stars and their energy levels in space in order to decide where to send the solar generator collectors.
How I know about the HALO Projects?
As the Star Traveler, I remember how I used to build the Dyson Sphere planets and used the Halo solar collector generators to harness the energies needed to sustain the functions of these planetoids in outer space. When I saw the NASA scientific article announcement about the strange megastructure objects that the Kepler Space Telescope had discovered orbiting around a star I decided to go and physically visit that star, I was hovering over it in my light body. I saw that one of the disc rings of the generator had written on it the word Halo. I zoomed in on the silver metallic writing and thought to myself wait a minute I remember building these types of devices and the sphere planets. The ICC utilizes similar ring discs for their other equipment like weather modification devices, and the CERN Hadron Collider so logically I thought the ICC made this technology which they did. As well the ring disc technology is featured in the HALO video games and in their 3D movies that they created. The HALO solar generators are remotely accessed by the ICC to provide the generators with instructions for how and where to collect the solar energy from stars in various galaxies.
I went to the ICC database and accessed the information on the HALO projects that they have going in outer space right now, this is how I got my confirmation that the HALO technology is originally from Mars and other bases that the ICC has in our solar system and not third party ET megastructures like scientists think right now.
The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate is run by some of the members of the Secret Space Programs, secret Earth Government Alliances, and also the various business organizations or Earth Corporations that are making profits from the secret bases and mining operations that exist on Mars, and other parts of space in our solar system as well as other solar systems out in other galaxies, the ICC has far reaching resources that span large distances in space.
In some cases the ICC is even more advanced in the technology that they create than some of the other ET's in our nearby solar systems, as the ICC trades with 900 different ET races for advanced technology on a regular basis out in space these days. The ICC can reverse engineer almost any type of technology and build on its design to make it function better or make completely new designs.
The truth is sometimes hidden in plain sight for anyone to find and see on the internet, it has already been leaked out in images, video games, books, and movies for the public to spot as partial disclosure of what is going on in the world if they understand what they are viewing and reading. The Earth is a living library repository, it provides us with the answers that we seek everywhere we look for them. We just need to use our intuition to find the right information that we are looking for and filter out what is not important to us, thereby keeping what is the truth in the answers that we find for ourselves right now.
